We supply to trade customers in both the commercial and residential landscape sectors including local councils for over 45 years.As a family-owned company, we pride ourselves by providing our staff with a positive culture, focusing on our core values of working together, providing a great customer experience and training our staff in best practice horticulture.We are currently seeking to employ 3 mature apprentices to study in the field of Production Nursery (Horticulture).




This role will include attending TAFE to complete the Certificate III in Production Nursery as well as on the job training with highly experienced horticulturists.What you need to bring to the role:Demonstrate a positive attitudeA willingness to learnGood verbal and written communication skills.Ability to apply WHS principles in the workforceDemonstrated basic level of understanding of horticulture or willingness to learnAbility to lift, push and pull up to 20 kilosAbility to attend TAFEAbout this role:Full time position, Monday through to Friday with the occasional weekend3-year apprenticeship with potential career progression for the successful candidatesWork in beautiful and green outdoor sitesReceive support, training and mentoring from experienced industry leadersGain trade qualifications in Production NurseryOngoing training & career progression availableLocated at Kemps Creek, you will have the opportunity to work at a world class nursery with potential career opportunities for the right applicants.
