Join Community Correctional Services (CCS) as an Advanced PractitionerAt Community Correctional Services (CCS), we work every day to reduce reoffending and support safer communities.
Through evidence-based case management and rehabilitation, we help individuals address the underlying causes of their offending and create meaningful change in their lives.We manage people on community-based court orders, post-sentence supervision, and parole.
Our focus is on providing the structure, accountability,



and support needed for successful reintegration into the community.About the RoleAs an Advanced Practitioner, you'll manage a caseload of predominantly complex and high-risk individuals sentenced to Community Correction Orders.
Your role combines risk assessment, planning, intervention, and behaviour change work - all within a solid compliance and public safety framework.You will also have the opportunity to lead and mentor a small team of Case Managers and Case Officers, contributing to the professional development of others and the overall performance of your team.Why This Work MattersWe believe that community-based rehabilitation, when safe and appropriate, is one of the most effective ways to reduce reoffending.
