Together, we create a practice where clinical excellence is matched by kindness, communication and exceptional patient care.About the OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced, organised and compassionate Personal Assistant & Medical Administration Coordinator to join our team two days per week - Tuesdays and Wednesdays.This is a varied and trusted role, ideal for someone who enjoys being an integral part of a specialist medical practice and takes pride in making both the patient and doctor experience seamless.You will provide a combination of:Specialist medical administrationPersonal Assistant supportPatient coordination and appointment managementMedical correspondence and administrative follow-upDay-to-day operational supportThere is also the potential to increase hours in the future and provide additional cover for annual leave and staff absences,
offering the opportunity to increase your hours when required and become a valued and flexible member of our team.Why This Role Stands OutThis isn't simply a reception or administration position.You will play an important role in supporting women and families through some of life's most significant and vulnerable moments.
