Key responsibilities and accountabilities:Taking customer orders over the counter (OTC)Guiding customers through the menuUp and add on sellingShaking drinks according to standard operating procedures (SOPs)Cooking and preparing pearls and other mix-insFollowing food safety requirements and cleaning and sanitation of utensils, surfaces, equipment and floorsYou will bring your real self that is genuine & honest along with the ability to spark curiosity and joy with our customers through your customer service skills and personality.Chatime operates under the Fast-Food Industry Award.
