Working closely with project teams and key stakeholders, you will be responsible for ensuring schedules are robust, accurate and aligned to project objectives.Key responsibilities include:Develop and maintain integrated project schedules using Primavera P6Establish, manage and control project baselines and schedule changesComplete regular schedule updates, progress tracking and variance analysisDeliver critical path analysis, look-ahead planning and schedule reportingSupport Earned Value Management (EVM) reporting and performance analysisFacilitate planning workshops with engineering, procurement and project teamsConduct schedule risk assessments, scenario planning and forecasting activitiesProvide schedule impact assessments for project changes and emerging risksSupport project governance,
stage-gate reviews and reporting requirementsPartner with internal and external stakeholders to drive successful project outcomesWhat you'll need to succeedProven experience in project planning and scheduling within mining, heavy industry or EPC environmentsAdvanced proficiency with Primavera P6Strong understanding of project controls, schedule management and critical path methodologyExperience developing and maintaining resource and cost-loaded schedulesDemonstrated experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and reportingAbility to perform schedule forecasting, risk analysis and scenario planningStrong stakeholder engagement and communication skillsTertiary qualification in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management or a related disciplineExperience supporting capital projects during study, development or execution phases will be highly regardedWhat you'll get in returnThis is an opportunity to join a high-performing project team delivering significant mining asset projects from concept through development.
