welcoming and well runAdvocate for clients and liaise with relevant community and external support servicesWork in line with best practice, safeguarding requirements and work health and safety standardsAbout youTo be successful, you will have:A Certificate IV in Community Services or related qualification, or equivalent relevant experienceExperience in community services, homelessness, or the domestic and family violence sector—highly regardedStrong communication, interpersonal and record-keeping skillsA respectful, non-judgemental and client-focused approachThe ability to work effectively under pressure and as part of a multidisciplinary teamA current NSW Driver LicenceAvailability to work a rotating roster, including day, afternoon and sleepover shifts, as well as some weekends, public holidays and after-hours shiftsPlease note: being a woman is a genuine occupational qualification for this role under section 31 of the Anti-Discrimination Act **** (NSW).
