We're seeking an experienced Organisational Development Consultant to partner with leaders across the business, translating strategy into practical people solutions that strengthen capability, culture, leadership and performance.This is an exciting opportunity for an OD skilled who enjoys diagnosing organisational challenges, influencing senior stakeholders and delivering initiatives that create measurable business impact.About the Role Reporting to the Senior Manager, Organisational Development, you'll work across a broad range of organisational development initiatives, partnering with leaders to identify opportunities, solve complex challenges and embed sustainable change.Key areas of focus may include:Leadership development and capability upliftOrganisational culture and employee engagement initiativesTeam effectiveness and performance improvementTalent, succession and workforce planning programsChange enablement and organisational transformationFacilitation of workshops, planning sessions and leadership conversationsUsing people and organisational data to generate insights and inform decision-makingWe're looking for someone who combines strong consulting capability with a practical,



solutions-focused approach.You'll ideally have:Experience in organisational development, HR consulting, culture, leadership, capability or change management rolesDemonstrated experience designing and delivering OD interventions and people initiativesStrong stakeholder engagement and influencing skillsExperience facilitating workshops and partnering with leaders at various levelsAnalytical capability, with the ability to translate data and insights into meaningful actionA collaborative approach and a passion for improving organisational effectivenessTertiary qualifications in Organisational Development, Human Resources, Psychology, Business or a related disciplineWhy Join Us?
