About the Centre
Kensington Community Aquatic and Recreation Centre (KCARC) is a vibrant, family-friendly facility that plays an important role in supporting the health and wellbeing of the local community.
Open year-round, the centre features a 25-metre indoor pool, a purpose-built Learn to Swim pool, a fully equipped gym, a dedicated reformer pilates studio and three multi-purpose courts, creating opportunities for people of all ages and abilities to be active.
About the role
As a Customer Service Officer at Kensington Community Aquatic and Recreation Centre (KCARC) you will be greeting members, responding to enquiries via email, phone or in-person, as well as performing general but important administrative tasks.
Our Customer Service Officer's always put the customer experience at the forefront of all interactions with people within the community.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
Provide customers with sales solutions when enquiring about memberships and programsConduct centre tours with prospective membersFollow up customers and members as requiredPromote available programs and servicesAccurately receipt, process and balance customer paymentsImportant administrative tasks and account support
This is a full time position and the hourly rate is $***** per hour + Superannuation + Y Benefits.
About you
With our focus on providing the exceptional customer experience and always providing outstanding customer service, we will be looking for someone who is energetic, can help to create a welcoming environment and enthusiastic about helping and assisting others.
You will be working alongside our other Customer Service Officers, and will also work closely with Duty Managers to ensure smooth service and running of the facility overall.
Qualifications & Experience
HLTAID009 Provide Cardiopulmonary ResuscitationHLTAID011 Provide First AidPrior experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential
