Strong growth means that the company is now looking to further strengthen the team by adding another Service Engineer / Supervisor to work with our team in Brisbane.THE ROLE:As a Service Engineer / Supervisor, you will report directly to the QLD Service Manager and be responsible for the following duties:Servicing Leica GPS & TPS.
The regular repair of assigned Leica products such as :GPS(Leica iCon and Viva)TPS(TPS***********,TPS****,TPS****,TS11/15/16 & iCon, Flexline, TS60/MS60, TS03,**** & iCon)Support customers with technical inquiriesLiaising with clients, direct, phone and emailRecord keeping, quotes and assist with data recordingTroubleshooting and analysing problem issues for iCon,



Viva & Captivate.REQUIREMENTS:At least 4 years experiences with Leica TPS/GPS productsSpecific training undergone in Leica factory in HeerbruggExtensive knowledge of Leica GPS products, GPS**** and GS15Extensive knowledge of Leica TPS products TPS(TPS***********,TPS****,TPS****,TS11/15/16,Flexline, TS60/MS60,TS03,07,10)Desire to learn new technologies and skills, both via training and self-learning.Work in a team environment is a must and the ability to work autonomouslyAbility to solve problems and think laterallyExtensive knowledge of Machine Control CalibrationsTHE PERKS:Employees are provided with continuous support, training and coaching to enhance existing skills and develop new ones.
All tools supplied.SALARY:$85,000 - $ 90,000 base + 12% superannuationC.R.
