By leading with innovation and enthusiasm, you will drive the profitability of your store through exceptional customer service and a personalized experience.To support the needs of the store, our Store Managers are employed on a Tuesday - Saturday roster, at 40 hours per week.Our Store Managers:Are dynamic and inspirational leaders who consider all aspects of service to drive salesLead by example as ambassadors of the Taking Shape brand, with their confidence and styleBuild belonging and unity by living the Taking Shape values with their team members, customers and communityAre inspirational team leaders, providing support, coaching and mentoring to their teamsEnsure their teams are set up for success by providing service,
