As our Workflow Automation Specialist, you'll design and deliver workflow automation solutions that improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and support better business outcomes across the organisation.Reporting to the Head of Solutions Delivery, this role sits within our Technology & Projects team and works closely with business stakeholders, project teams and technology specialists.
This is a hands-on specialist role responsible for designing, developing and supporting workflow automation solutions using Nintex and Microsoft 365 technologies.About the RoleDesign, build and support workflow automation solutions using the Nintex platformPartner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into practical solutionsIdentify opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiencyDeliver integrations across Microsoft 365, SharePoint, SQL, Azure and related platformsEnsure solutions meet governance, security and compliance requirementsFacilitate testing, deployment and ongoing optimisation of workflow solutionsContribute to automation standards, best practices and continuous improvement initiativesProvide technical guidance and support to stakeholders adopting automated processesWhat You'll Need to SucceedDemonstrated experience delivering solutions on the Nintex Workflow PlatformStrong understanding of Microsoft 365,
