At TGE Freight, our Delivery Partners team manages and supports a national network of independent transport operators who play a critical role in delivering for our customers.We're looking for a practical, curious and tech-savvy professional to join our team and help strengthen assurance, governance, compliance and operational performance across the network.This is not a traditional audit role.
It's an opportunity to work across transport operations while also helping us automate processes, improve systems and find smarter ways of working using technology, AI and data.About The RoleYou'll work across assurance, compliance, operational performance and continuous improvement.You could be reviewing NHVR, Chain of Responsibility and safety compliance, analysing performance data, supporting investigations or identifying opportunities to improve processes.A key part of the role will be looking at how we can automate and simplify existing processes – using AI, Power BI, Power Automate, Copilot and other technology to improve efficiency, reporting and visibility.What You'll DoConduct operational, compliance and assurance reviewsIdentify risks, control gaps and improvement opportunitiesAnalyse data and performance trends to drive better outcomesSupport investigations, root cause analysis and corrective actionsBuild strong relationships with delivery partners and operational teamsIdentify opportunities to automate, streamline and improve processesDevelop dashboards, reporting and smarter digital solutionsExplore and apply AI and emerging technology to improve efficiencyContribute to continuous improvement across the networkWhat We're Looking ForWe're less interested in finding the perfect auditor and more interested in finding someone with the right mindset, curiosity and capability.You May Come FromTransport, fleet,
