With offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth, we are continuing to grow and are looking for an Analyst to join our Brisbane team.You will be based in our Brisbane office, working across existing client relationships and recent opportunities, while helping structure and execute complex commercial property finance transactions.
This is a client-facing role offering autonomy, exposure across asset classes and capital stack segments, and the support of a highly experienced team.The role will provide the successful candidate with broad experience across all commercial property asset classes and various segments of the capital stack.

high-performing and diligent working environment.What you'll do:Build financial models and prepare credit submissionsManage transactions from origination through to settlementWork closely with clients, lenders and industry participantsContribute to a collaborative, high-performing teamWhat we're looking for:Bachelor's degree in Property, Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related fieldStrong financial modelling and analytical skillsCommercial acumen and confidence dealing with clientsA proactive mindset and ability to deliver outcomesAt Stamford, we back ambition.
