This role supports engineers, project managers and tradespeople to access the products they need to maintain fire safety protection, while helping keep the branch running smoothly and customers satisfied.ResponsibilitiesProvide customer service and information about productsProvide quotes both in person and over the phoneUndertake pick packing and stock control activitiesMaintain a safe, organised, and welcoming branch environmentMake deliveries to customers using a company vehicleContinue upskilling with tailored on the job training initiativesLearn the operational and commercial skills that form the foundation of future leadership rolesQualificationsHas previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoys helping customers both in person and over the phoneCan pick orders, maintain shop floor displays and ensure information provided is accurateCan use a computer and is happy to learn new systemsHas a clean, valid driver's licence and is open to working various shifts, including weekendsWants to develop their career - either locally,
