About the RoleLatrobe Regional Health (LRH) is looking for a Community Clinician 26+ to join our growing team on an ongoing full time basis.
This is a rewarding opportunity to work within a multidisciplinary team supporting adults experiencing acute episodes of mental illness, while contributing to their recovery journey.ResponsibilitiesConduct urgent and routine mental health assessments in line with clinical standardsDeliver evidence-based therapeutic and pharmacological interventionsDevelop and implement recovery-focused care plans in collaboration with consumers and carersProvide individual, group and family-based interventionsMonitor mental and physical health and support holistic careFacilitate access to appropriate internal and external servicesUndertake risk assessment, safety planning and discharge planningMaintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and data integrityContribute to continuous quality improvement and clinical governance activitiesWorking TogetherWe respond to challenges together to create a safe, quality health service.About youYou are an experienced and compassionate clinician who is committed to recovery-oriented practice and delivering high-quality mental health care.
You bring strong clinical skills, sound judgement, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.You will also haveRegistration/qualification in one of the following:Nursing (with mental health qualification)
