Royal Freemasons is seeking a motivated and positive Client Coordinator to join our wellestablished Home Care Team and help deliver exceptional, personcentred services across the community.The OpportunityWe're looking for an energetic and committed Client Coordinator to join our vibrant Community Services Team.
In this role, you'll be a key contributor to our Home Care program, ensuring older adults receive highquality support tailored to their needs, preferences and goals.You'll work on a rotating roster between 7am and 5pm, Monday to Friday, with the flexibility to work from home part of the week.
Your primary base will be our Moubray Street office in Melbourne.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver exceptional customer serviceCoordinate rosters that reflect client needs and preferencesBuild strong relationships with clients, families, care staff and external providersComplete general administrative tasks (invoicing, mailouts, documentation)Promote Royal Freemasons as a trusted provider of choiceEssential Skills & ExperienceExcellent communication and customer service skillsStrong problemsolving ability and a proactive, "cando" attitudeHigh computer literacy with the ability to learn new systems quicklyAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team Strong organisation,
