The role will assist the activities of stores and the material maintenance process in line with manufacturers and operational requirements.Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:Monitoring inventory levels of materialsRaising purchase orders,



record keeping and stock traceability.Local and international sourcing and purchasingMonitoring local and international shipments and working close with freight forwarders and customs officialsMaintaining and developing excellent customer relationships with internal and external stakeholdersGoods receipts / dispatching as well as shipping and freight monitoringPeriodic stock takesQualifications, Skills and Experience:Degree in Business Management or Supply, Science, Industrial Engineering or similar disciplineAt least 5 years of experience in Planner/ Buyer, Procurement, Supply or LogisticsWarehouse and logistics experienceHigh level of written and oral communication skillsHigh level of skill within Microsoft suite.Ability to work within a teamMust have valuable written and oral communication skillsapplications will close 17th September ****.
