In this role you will:Act as the first point of contact for the event workforce, coordinating high-volume recruitment and resourcingLiaise with internal Event Operations Manager; Event Operations Lead and People teamOversee reward and recognition initiatives, including daily acknowledgements and service awardsAssist with rostering across functional areas and manage employment documentation as requiredLiaise with tournament stakeholders and internal teams to coordinate on-site inductions, registrations,



and respond to general workforce enquiriesAbout youTo be successful in this role you will have:Demonstrated experience in workforce planning, human resources or similarStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with diverse stakeholdersExcellent organisational skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlinesHold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children CheckPreparedness to be flexible in regard to working hours and arrangements relating to work associated with Tennis AustraliaWhat's to love?
