This is a hands-on role where you'll combine contract management, stakeholder engagement, budgeting and team leadership to deliver services that support our community every day.What You'll Be DoingManage facility maintenance contracts and service agreementsLead procurement planning, scopes and schedulesMonitor contractor performance, quality and complianceCoordinate inspections for safety and standardsManage budgets, expenditure and payment approvalsEngage stakeholders, contractors and building usersLead and support facility maintenance officersDrive improvement across maintenance systems and processesWe're looking for an experienced facilities and contracts professional who can lead complex service agreements, build productive relationships and deliver practical outcomes.
