About the roleInala Physiotherapy is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Physiotherapist to join our growing team in Inala, QLD.

This role is integral to our mission of providing exceptional musculoskeletal and rehabilitative care to our local community.What you'll be doingConducting comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and developing individualised treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical findingsDelivering evidence-based physiotherapy interventions including manual therapy, exercise prescription, electrotherapy and functional rehabilitationMonitoring patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed and documenting detailed clinical notes in line with professional standardsEducating patients on injury prevention, self-management strategies and exercise programmes to support long-term recovery outcomesCollaborating with other healthcare professionals, GPs and specialists to ensure coordinated, holistic patient careMaintaining accurate and timely patient records and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and professional guidelinesContributing to a positive clinic culture and participating in team meetings and continuous professional development activitiesManaging patient appointments efficiently and maintaining skilled communication with patients and referring practitionersWhat we're looking forA current registration or eligibility to register with Physiotherapy Board of AustraliaTertiary qualification in Physiotherapy (Bachelor's degree minimum; Masters welcome)Demonstrated experience in delivering physiotherapy services within a clinical settingStrong knowledge of musculoskeletal assessment, diagnosis and treatment techniquesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong patient relationshipsProficiency in electronic patient management systems and basic IT literacyCurrent First Aid and CPR certificationWorking knowledge of relevant healthcare legislation, including privacy compliance and duty of care obligationsA commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practicePreferred: Experience in sports physiotherapy, workplace rehabilitation or specialised musculoskeletal conditionsWhat we offerCompetitive remuneration package reflective of experience and qualificationsFlexible working arrangements, including part-time options for suitable candidatesAccess to professional development and continuing education opportunitiesA supportive, collaborative team environment with experienced physiotherapistsModern clinical facilities and evidence-based treatment resourcesOpportunities for career progression and specialisation within physiotherapyA strong commitment to work-life balance and employee wellbeingAbout usInala Physiotherapy is a progressive and patient-focused physiotherapy clinic serving the Inala and surrounding communities in Brisbane.
