Your Role:Workload: 5.5-6 clients per day, with adjusted, reduced KPIs for early-career therapists.Caseload: Paediatric Caseload, seen predominantly in the clinic or out in the community.
60% NDIS clients & 40% Private ClientsSupport: Comprehensive onboarding, comprehensive NDIS templates making report writing a breeze, access to supervision as often as needed, online training, and regular multidisciplinary case discussions.Team Environment: Work closely with a small, supportive team of allied health professionals.
