We're about making a difference.About the roleWe're looking for an experienced Infrastructure Lead to help shape, deliver, and support the technology that powers Officeworks Services, both online and in store.In this role, you'll play a key part in IT strategy and architecture, lead service delivery across critical platforms, and work closely with business and technical teams to keep systems secure, reliable, and future-focused.
You'll also provide technical leadership, support innovation, and help guide the team through change from project delivery into BAU.This role is hybrid, with currently 3 days a week based at our Chadstone Support Office.What You'll Be DoingLead the design, deployment, and support of Officeworks Services infrastructure, applications and hardwareOwn service delivery for online and in-store technology, meeting SLAs and performance expectationsProvide technical leadership across cloud platforms, integrations, and modern architecturesManage production changes and ensure safe,



reliable releasesMaintain a roadmap aligned to Officeworks strategic objectivesChampion security, privacy, and disaster recovery practicesWork closely with product, project, and delivery teams to transition initiatives into BAUEngage with third-party suppliers and industry partners to drive best practiceProvide on call support (after hours and weekends) once every 5 weeksKey technologies you'll work with include services websites, store hardware, print and create platforms, third-party integrations like PrintIQ and Canva, cloud hosting across AWS and Azure, CI/CD pipelines, and microservices-based architecture.
