The company has a wellness program which includes investment in external education courses, paid leave days for hitting your work anniversary, flexible working in the form of a compressed 9-day working fortnight.About The RoleWe are looking to identify a Civil Project Manager who will work directly for the Engineering Consultancy for a range of Civil Engineering projects.
This could be someone already operating as an Assistant Project Manager / Project Manager or a Senior Civil Engineer looking to get away from the day-to-day designs and be more involved in running projects and a team.Planning, execution and finalisation of projects within time and budget across the full project life cyclePreparation and Implementation of Project Management Plans for all phases of the projectsProviding status reports, communicating across the leadership team and to internal and external stakeholdersPreparation of fee proposals for new projects and contract variationsProviding support to the Civil Engineers, Lead Engineers, Directors to achieve their own projects milestonesJoin a medium to large sized business working on some landmark, high profile projectsProjects sitting in the land development, urban development, civil subdivisions sectors (Industrial, Residential,



Commercial)You will work on a range of projects.RoadsStormwaterFloodingResidential / Land developmentEarthworksCivil inspectionsRetaining walls & pavementsRequirementsEngineering Consulting experienceIdeally a minimum of 2-3 years experience in a PM capacity across Civil Infrastructure projectsAlternatively 2-3 years sitting as a Senior Civil Engineer with experience running projectsTertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or a related field.Solid understanding of civil engineering principles, terminology, and design standards.Commercial acumen, the ability to run projects within time and cost.Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and construction practices.A can do attitude, a people person with non-egotistical attitudeUndertaking regular coordination and interface with key clients and stakeholdersStrong interpersonal and communication skills, especially report writingIdeally a Chartered Professional Engineer or working towards and keen to secure CPEngBenefitsJoin an established and thriving Engineering Design companyAn attractive salary, benefits and an employee wellness schemeThe option to work a compressed 9-day fortnightExternal training courses paid forSupport towards chartership if neededA range of social events, activities and learning seats to join in, making sure that it's a supportive work culture.No overtime, work life balanceHow To ApplyPlease submit a full professional resume highlighting your experience with the above criteria by clicking "Apply".
