Our concise food menu balances fun and nostalgia, complemented by a seasonal all-Australian wine list, classic cocktails made with local spirits, and a reserve 'vault' selection of international favourites.About the RoleThe Bartender is responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of a cocktail-forward bar that showcases classic cocktails with Australian inspiration alongside a dynamic wine list.
This role includes collaborating with the bar team, fostering creativity, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring adherence to recipes, cost controls, and rosters.The ideal candidate will have substantial experience working in rapid-paced cocktail bars and possess strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to inspire a cohesive team.

Your ability to work collaboratively with both front-of-house and back-of-house teams will be key to your success.What you'll doCocktail Creation & DeliveryEnsure all drinks are prepared according to provided recipes and presented impeccablyConduct regular tasting sessions to maintain consistency and excellenceMonitor stock control on COGS and recipe maintenanceEnsure guest satisfaction ratings on cocktails exceed 90%Wine & Food ServiceEnsure all food and wine are presented and served according to standardsMaintain optimum serving conditions for wineOversee adequate stock control and orderingStock ManagementMonitor and maintain bar inventory levels, ensuring proper rotation and minimal wasteExecute stock orders accurately and promptly to avoid service disruptionsOperational OversightEnsure the bar is set up and operationally ready before service beginsOversee bar closing procedures, ensuring equipment is cleaned and securely storedConduct bi-monthly equipment servicing and weekly deep cleans, including grindersFront-of-House DutiesGreet customers warmly, take orders, and provide menu recommendationsProcess payments efficiently and accurately, handling cash and electronic transactionsServe food and beverages, ensuring prompt and friendly serviceMaintain cleanliness and organisation of the venue,
