Cura Day Hospitals Group is seeking an experienced CSSD Manager for Kawana Private Hospital on a permanent full-time basis.
You will establish and operate the CSSD department, driving best practice sterilisation standards and supporting the CSSD team within our values.
This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail and collaborative communication to ensure protected, efficient theatre sterilisation and accurate documentation across shifts.
