The Role
Reporting to the Managing Director,



the Operations Director will lead operational excellence across multiple sites, driving performance, culture, and strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead multi‐site manufacturing operations across Australia
Drive operational strategy aligned with business growth objectives
Deliver continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives
Optimise cost, productivity, and quality performance
Lead and develop high‐performing leadership teams
Oversee capital investment and site development projects
Champion safety, compliance, and sustainability initiatives
Support commercial strategy through operational capability
The Candidate
We're seeking an experienced Operations Director or senior operational leader with:
Proven leadership across multi‐site manufacturing environments
Experience within packaging, FMCG, plastics, paper, or printing
Strong operational transformation and continuous improvement expertise
Commercial acumen and strategic leadership capability
Experience leading large teams and complex operations
A collaborative, hands‐on leadership style
Willingness to relocate to Australia
