The Anchorage Hotel & Spa in Port Stephens is seeking a passionate Chef de Partie to join The Galley Kitchen.

You will bring demonstrable restaurant or hotel kitchen experience, a current Food Safety Certificate, and a Cert III in Commercial Cookery.
