You will lead safety, productivity and quality across the mill, overseeing maintenance and capital works while guiding a team of trades and non-trades to deliver safe, productive outcomes.
Working with the Engineering team, you will plan maintenance strategies, manage resources and contractors, and ensure delivery on time and within budget.
