Job Description
We are looking for an experiencedSAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Test Lead / Senior Test Analystwith strong HR domain knowledge and extensive experience testingEmployee Central and end-to-end Hire-to-Retire processes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead testing activities acrossSAP SuccessFactors Employee Centralimplementations and transformation programs.
Develop test scenarios and cases based onHR business outcomes, not just system requirements.
ValidateHire-to-Retire processes, HR workflows, business rules, organisational structures and employee lifecycle processes.
Engage with HR business stakeholders to understand requirements, identify gaps and constructively challenge requirements where required.
Plan and execute functional, integration, regression and end-to-end testing.
Identify, document and manage defects through to resolution.
Support UAT and work closely with HR SMEs, business users, functional consultants and project teams.
Ensure testing coverage aligns with business processes and transformation objectives.
Mandatory Skills & Experience




ExtensiveSAP SuccessFactors Employee Central testing experience.
Strong understanding ofend-to-end Hire-to-Retire business processes.
Experience validatingHR workflows, business rules and organisational structures.
Strong ability to engage withHR business stakeholdersand challenge requirements.
Proven experience testingenterprise HR transformation programs.
Ability to design test scenarios based onHR business outcomesrather than system requirements alone.
Robust analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Desirable
Experience withPlaywright test automation.
Exposure to automated testing frameworks and test automation practices.
