About The Role
We are looking for a full time Revenue Assurance Officer to join our team on a fixed-term or permanent basis.
The Revenue Assurance Officer is responsible for providing central accounts administration services while overseeing accounts and debt management activities across a designated practice or region.
In this role, you will support the efficient management of patient and third-party accounts, debt recovery processes, electronic claiming, and account-related technologies.
You will play a key role within the Central Accounts Team, ensuring compliance with billing processes and revenue assurance requirements.
About You




Extensive experience in accounts administration, debt management and billing processes.
Strong understanding of Medicare, MBS requirements, electronic claiming and account management systems.
Demonstrated experience managing complex accounts and debt recovery activities.
Proven ability to analyse reporting and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Experience providing training, coaching and support to team members and stakeholders.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
Ability to prioritise competing demands and manage workloads effectively.
Collaborative leadership style with a focus on service excellence and continuous improvement.
Ability to remain composed under pressure and deliver positive outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
Experience within healthcare, medical administration or radiology services will be highly regarded.
