Role Overview
EIR Labour Hire is seeking experienced Excavator Operators for civil construction and earthworks projects.
Where?
Civil construction and earthworks sites acrossKadina.
How Much?
$*****per hour + super + overtime + travel.
DIDO available for candidates not currently living/near Kadina (including LAFHA + accommodation + meals).
What Will I Be Doing?
Your day-to-day will include:
Operating excavators (5T to 30T+) for trenching, bulk earthworks and grading
Reading and working from civil drawings and plans
Precise excavation for services, footings and civil infrastructure
Working with other plant operators and labouring crews
Completing daily pre-start checks and plant logbooks
Following all site safety requirements.
MUST HAVE FINAL TRIM EXPERIENCE.
GPS IDEAL.
When?
Hours: 7am - 3PM, Monday to Friday - Start date: 01/09/2026.
Who Will I Be Working With?
You'll be operating as part of a civil construction crew.
Supervisors are experienced site managers who run organised, safety-first sites.
Valuable operators stay busy - we have ongoing work for reliable people.
