Job Description
Department of Health Victoria is seeking a Senior Executive Coordinator to provide high level administrative and executive support to the Office of the Deputy Secretary, managing briefs, correspondence, meeting papers, reporting and ensuring quality and timeliness in a complex setting.
You will build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and work closely with senior staff to support effective operations and implement improved ways of working.
