measured through satisfaction surveys and Net Promoter Score (NPS)Oversee day‐to‐day community operations, including presentation standards, occupancy, tenancy and resident engagementLead financial performance through budgeting, planning and management of P&L; outcomesFoster a strong sense of community by delivering lifestyle, wellbeing and connection programsLead, motivate and support team members and contractors to consistently deliver high‐quality outcomesYou're Likely a Match If YouBring experience managing resident or customer relationships in property, hospitality, aged care or community settingsAre confident leading day‐to‐day operations while balancing competing prioritiesHave experience managing budgets, P&L; performance or commercial outcomesHandle challenging or emotionally charged situations with empathy, professionalism and explicit boundariesAre a visible, hands‐on leader who enjoys being the go‐to person for residents, teams and stakeholdersValid C-Class LicenseYou're someone who brings energy, ideas, and a genuine passion for making a difference.
