And it shows in every project we complete.About the roleWe are looking for a Site Supervisor (on the tools) to support our Brisbane Retirement Living space where you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful execution of construction project.What you'll be doingSupervise and coordinate the work of construction teams to meet project timelines and quality standardsWorking on the tools as a carpenterDelegate tasks, monitor progress, and provide guidance to team membersIdentify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise on-siteEnsure adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulationsCollaborate with project managers, engineers,



and other stakeholders to optimise construction processesMaintain accurate records and documentation related to the projectTravel will be across Brisbane and SurroundsWhat we're looking forCertificate III in Carpentry or equivalentIndustry White Card (former Red Card acceptable)Maintain a full Victorian (or recognised equivalent) Driver's LicenseHave access to a full kit of reliable trade appropriate tools inclusive of vehicle (which can carry materials)Extensive carpentry or other equivalent trade experienceDemonstrated experience supervising/managing construction projects, including overseeing multiple trades, across multiple sites simultaneouslyStrong understanding of the end to end to build processAbility to prioritise and schedule work, manage a diary and work to tight timeframesStrong understanding of OHS site requirementsStrong ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues to achieve excellent work qualityWhat we offerCompetitive salary and performance-based bonusesVehicle allowance for use of your own trade vehicle plus fuel card and toll tagOpportunities for professional development and career advancementSupportive and inclusive work environmentWork life balance.
