What You'll Be Doing
You'll be the on-site expert for injury management, return-to-work coordination, medical compliance, and safety leadership — helping ensure our people get the right care and our project stays on track.
As the go‐to advisor for injury management and health compliance on site, you will:
Provide expert advice to leaders on injury management, medical requirements,



and complianceCoordinate and support all work‐related and non-work‐related injury responsesEnter incidents and hazards into SAI360 and maintain accurate, up-to-date records.Monitor employment medicals, oversee reviews, and support pre-employment and ongoing health surveillance processesFacilitate injury management and RTW plans, including organising, attending, and (where required) transporting employees to medical appointmentsLiaise with medical providers, internal health specialists, and WorkCover stakeholdersWork with supervisors to develop suitable duties plans for injured workersDeliver training to employees and leaders on injury prevention, RTW processes, and health requirementsIdentify opportunities to continually improve injury management and RTW outcomesSupport investigations, SHET reporting, management plans, and client meetings
What You'll Bring
Strong background in workers' compensation, injury management, occupational health, HSE, or a similar fieldExperience in a similar role within the mining industryConfidence communicating with employees, leaders, medical providers, and clientsAbility to manage sensitive information with professionalismStrong organisational skills and attention to detailA proactive, safety‐first mindset with the ability to coach and support others
