In this role, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care that supports clients to maintain their independence and wellbeing in their own homes.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver personal care including showering, toileting, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistanceProvide companionship and emotional support to clientsAssist with light domestic duties such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparationSupport clients with medication reminders and general health monitoringEscort clients to appointments, shopping, and community activities as requiredReport changes in client condition to care coordinators or registered nursesMaintain accurate documentation and uphold privacy and confidentiality standardsFollow care plans and ensure protected manual handling practices at all timesCertificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support or equivalent (required)Current First Aid and CPR certificationCurrent National Police Check (or willing to obtain)Valid Australian Driver's Licence and reliable, insured vehicleExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated ability to work independently and within a teamA genuine passion for caring and helping othersPrevious experience in aged care, disability support,
