You'll be backed by structured training, practical tools and experienced local leaders so you can respond with confidence in challenging situations.Using therapeutic approaches including The Sanctuary Model and Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI), you'll help create safe environments where young people can build confidence, stability and independence over time.Locations include: Forest Lake, Richlands & Bellbird ParkWhat you'll be doingHelp create a safe, stable home where young people feel secure, valued and encouragedSupport young people with everyday routines including school, meals, appointments, community activities and life skillsBuild genuine relationships that provide consistency, encouragement and someone they can rely onRespond calmly to challenging behaviour using therapeutic, trauma-informed approachesComplete clear documentation and work closely with your team to provide consistent support across every shiftYou're the right person if...You're passionate about building a career supporting young people and want to make a positive difference in their livesYou stay calm under pressure and build trust through consistency,
