Our day-to-day is made stronger when we surround ourselves with people who are different, like you.Your RoleAs Head of App Enablement, you'll own the strategy, performance and future direction of the Flybuys App, one of our most important member engagement and commercial channels.
You'll partner with Product, Marketing, Engineering and Platform leaders to set priorities, guide investment decisions and ensure our app delivers meaningful value for both members and the business.
This role combines strategic leadership, stakeholder influence and commercial decision-making to drive app growth,



performance and long-term sustainability.Key accountabilities:Own the strategy, roadmap and long-term evolution of the Flybuys AppDrive investment and prioritisation decisions, ensuring resources are focused on the highest-value opportunitiesEvaluate, challenge and prioritise app initiatives based on strategic alignment, value, risk and delivery capacityConnect Product, Marketing, Engineering, Security, Data and Platform teams to optimise member and business outcomesOwn app performance, leveraging insights and data to drive engagement, adoption and commercial resultsEnsure the Flybuys App remains secure, scalable, reliable and fit for future growthInfluence and align senior stakeholders across leadership teams to deliver enterprise-wide outcomesLead and develop a high-performing team, building capability and strengthening strategic leadershipBalance member needs, commercial outcomes and platform health to maximise long-term valueYour ExperienceExperience leading large-scale digital products or platformsDeep expertise in mobile apps, digital channels and customer experience.Strong commercial acumen and prioritisation skillsProven ability to influence and align senior stakeholdersStrategic thinker who can balance customer,
