Nestlé is seeking a Process Specialist for the MILO Smithtown Factory in Smithtown, NSW.
You will optimise manufacturing processes, improve line performance and drive site-wide efficiency.
This role requires 3+ years in a similar manufacturing setting and a relevant degree.
You will lead continuous improvement, coach teams, and partner with Production, Engineering and Quality to deliver projects while upholding safety and quality standards.
