KBR Australia is seeking an experienced Capture Manager to lead the pursuit of new defence opportunities across Australia.
This permanent full time role can be based in Melbourne, Canberra, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide or Perth, and involves leading capture and proposal phases within the Growth team to win strategic contracts.
You will coordinate cross-functional teams, develop win strategies, manage risks, and build stakeholder relationships, ensuring compliance with Australian Defence processes
