We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service, advanced cosmetic treatments and creating a welcoming qualified environment for every client.We are seeking an experienced Receptionist / Client Experience Coordinator who is organised, proactive and passionate about providing outstanding customer service.About the RoleAs the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional experience from the moment they contact or visit our clinic.Your responsibilities will include:Greeting clients with warmth and professionalismManaging appointments and clinician diariesAnswering phone and email enquiriesProcessing payments and gift vouchersMaintaining accurate client recordsSupporting the clinical team with daily administrationAssisting with social media tasks,
