About the roleWe're looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to help drive sustainable growth across HCF's international portfolio (Overseas Visitors and Students Health Cover - OVHC & OSHC).
Reporting to the General Manager - International Business, you'll build and manage relationships with Migration Agents, corporate partners and brokers, identify new business opportunities and develop partnerships that support member and portfolio growth.You'll:Identify and pursue high-value business development opportunitiesBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective partnersDevelop trusted relationships with Migration Agents, corporate partners and brokersDeliver sales, revenue and membership growth targetsMonitor market and competitor activity to identify emerging opportunitiesSupport commercial negotiations and partnership agreementsWork closely with internal teams to identify and scale international opportunitiesProvide reporting, forecasts and insights on pipeline and partner performanceAbout youYou're a commercially minded Business Development professional who knows how to turn strong relationships into sustainable growth.You'll bring:Proven Business Development experience with a strong focus on growth and commercial outcomesDemonstrated success achieving sales and revenue targetsStrong negotiation, relationship management and stakeholder engagement skillsExperience building pipelines and developing new business opportunitiesExcellent communication and presentation skillsStrong commercial judgement and the ability to use data and insights to inform decisionsExperience within health insurance and / or an established network or experience working with Migration Agents will be highly regarded.Why join us?
