This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and providing a seamless front-of-house experience within a supportive and growing healthcare team.
You will be the first point of contact for patients and play a key role in ensuring smooth clinic operations across our imaging services.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and schedule imaging appointments in line with clinical requirementsProcess imaging referrals and maintain accurate, confidential patient recordsWelcome patients and manage check-in and check-out processes efficientlyRespond to enquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalismProvide explicit preparation instructions for imaging proceduresSupport billing processes, including Medicare and private paymentsLiaise with radiologists, clinicians,



and internal teams to ensure smooth workflowMaintain compliance with healthcare regulations, privacy standards, and clinic proceduresAbout YouPassion for providing high-quality patient care and customer servicePrevious experience as a receptionist / admin team lead within the radiology industryExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsPrioritizing tasks effectivelyUnderstanding of healthcare compliance, NDIS, or aged care (desirable)RequirementsFull working rights in AustraliaNational Police Check (or willingness to obtain)Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)COVID-19 vaccination (as required)Why Join Us?
