including business coordination and administrative support services, to facilitate the effective functioning and operation of the business unit and optimise service delivery across the Rental Branch.In this pivotal role, you will help drive operational excellence by managing executive priorities, coordinating key business activities, and ensuring the smooth delivery of services across the division.Key responsibilitiesProvide high-level executive, secretarial and administrative support to senior leadersCoordinate planning, reporting and business management activities to support operational outcomesManage information flow and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and collaborationRespond to complex and sensitive enquiries, ensuring timely and professional resolutionMaintain records management processes and ensure compliance with organisational policies and proceduresSupport recruitment, workforce planning, purchasing and employee engagement initiativesIdentify opportunities to improve administrative systems, processes and service deliveryAssist with the implementation of business improvement and change initiatives.About youProven experience providing executive or senior-level administrative supportExceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlinesStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with a diverse range of stakeholdersDemonstrated ability to exercise sound judgement, discretion and confidentialityStrong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer serviceExperience coordinating business activities, reporting processes and administrative systemsProficiency in Microsoft Office and business systems,
