We are seeking an experienced Centre Manager to lead our original and established Canopy Early Education service in the heart of Milton.
This is a rare opportunity to lead a centre recognised as Exceeding the National Quality Standard - an achievement reached by only around 7% of early education services nationally.
You will join a growing group committed to exceptional outcomes for children, families and educators, with a solid focus on quality, child safety, team culture and performance.
About the Role
Lead and champion a continuing gold-standard family and staff experience in our well-established centre
Lead the overall operations, program delivery, performance, and impact of the centre
Drive quality improvement and Assessment & Rating readiness
Manage occupancy, enrolments, and financial performance
Build reputation and strong relationships with families and the local community
Lead, coach and develop a team of great educators and leaders
Ensure compliance with National Law, Regulations, and NQS
Embed and champion a strong Child Safe Framework across all practices
Child Safety & Safeguarding
Lead and promote a child safe culture where children's voices are heard and respected
Ensure the service aligns with the Child Safe Standards and relevant state legislation
Oversee robust risk management, supervision, and safe environments




Ensure all staff understand and meet their mandatory reporting obligations
Embed safeguarding practices into daily operations, decision-making, and team behaviours
About You
Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)
At least three years' experience as a Centre Manager
Strong knowledge of NQS, EYLF, National Law & Regulations
Demonstrated experience embedding child safe practices and safeguarding frameworks
Proven ability to lead teams, build relationships, and drive performance outcomes
Experience managing occupancy, budgets, and KPIs
A leadership style that is supportive, collaborative, accountable, and outcomes-focused
