The Royal Flying Doctor Service South Eastern Section is seeking compassionate, dependable individuals to join our Patient Transport team as Casual Patient Transport Support Officers.Why This Role Is DifferentThis is not your typical driving job.You'll be helping transport patients between hospitals, airports and healthcare facilities, working alongside dedicated clinical teams to ensure patients receive safe and compassionate care throughout their journey.For many of our patients and families, you'll be one of the first people they meet.

Whether you're seeking to stay active, remain connected to your community, or contribute your experience to a purpose-driven organisation, this opportunity offers a rewarding way to make a real impact.What You'll Be DoingDriving patient transport vehicles safely and professionallyAssisting with patient transfers between healthcare facilities and airportsSupporting clinical teams with patient handling and stretcher operationsMaintaining vehicles and equipment to a high standardProviding a reassuring and respectful experience for patients and familiesRepresenting the values of care, safety and professionalism in every interactionFlexibility That Fits Around Your LifeThis is a casual position with irregular and on-call work patterns.
