CT Supervisor - East Metro Integral Diagnostics (IDX) – East Metro Melbourne Region Lake Imaging / Capital Radiology / FMIG / Imaging @ Olympic Park / Direct RadiologyAbout the roleAt IDX Victoria we are seeking an experienced full-time CT Supervisor to provide clinical education, training, and technical support to CT Radiographers.
This role works both clinically and educationally, supporting new Radiographers, trainees, upskilling current CT staff, and helping optimise scan quality, workflows, and protocols.
This is a full-time position primarily based at our Vermont Private Hospital, with flexibility to travel to our other CT sites within the Region.
Reporting to the CT Manager and Regional Manager, this role will actively contribute to operational projects and business development initiatives within the CT space.
This includes assisting with equipment procurement, driving workflow improvements, supporting protocol enhancements, and collaborating with key stakeholders to optimise service delivery and clinical outcomes.
This role works closely with the CT Modality Lead, Radiologists, referrers, Referrer Relationship Specialists and relevant internal support teams to promote safe CT practices, standardised workflows, and excellent patient care.What We OfferProfessional development support, including CPD, subspecialty pathways, and leadership opportunitiesA supportive,
