We are looking for an experiencedTechnical Operations Manageras our Australian business continues to grow.The RoleIn this broad leadership role you will take a leading role in the day-to-day technical side of the business, supporting our workshop and field technicians, solve technical issues and ensuring projects are delivered safely.
When required, you should be comfortable stepping into the workshop or field and working alongside the team to solve a problem.
Just as importantly, you will spend time with our customers.
You will visit manufacturers,
importers and dealers to understand their challenges by providing technical solutions.Job requirementsAbout YouWe are looking for an experienced agricultural machinery professional who combines strong technical knowledge with leadership skills, customer focus and commercial awareness.Ideally, you have:At least 5 years' experience within the agricultural machinery industryA strong technical background in agricultural machineryExperience leading, supervising or mentoring techniciansCommercial awareness and an interest in developing current businessGood organisational and computer skillsWillingness to travel throughout Australia when requiredWe are not looking for a traditional salesperson or skilled mechanic.
