At Exclusive Earthworks, we are looking to onboard a Leading Hand for projects in and around Sydney.To be considered for this job:MUST have minimum 5-year's experience in groundwork set out, formwork, concrete and industrial holding down bolt placementAbility to read drawings/plans and specsAbility to prove that you have recent Leading Hand/Supervisor experience (minimum 5 year's experience)Must hold a White Card and other trade licencesFamiliarity with WHS policies and procedures,Must have own vehicle to travel to and from project sitesAustralian permanent residency/citizenship (no working /sponsor visas)Demonstrated loyalty,



hardworking character and autonomousTasks & ResponsibilitiesReporting to the company Director/Site SupervisorProvide site management direction including project management and administrative supportBe hands-on to ensure the project progress follows company expectations and ensure we are on schedule with our Head ContractorAssist in maintaining and following company proceduresMaintain site daily records (including ITP's and SWMS)Overseeing project safety processes from start to finish ensuring all WHS obligations are metAttractive pay rate to reflect your experience in the field and offering a full time positionFriendly, positive and collaborative work environmentLong-term job opportunityThis is your chance to join a growing family-owned business that has your wellbeing at the forefront of our operations.
