This role is well suited to someone with strong attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and a genuine interest in developing their accounting skills across a broad range of day‐to‐day finance functions.Accounts supportProcess supplier invoices, maintain records and assist with supplier paymentsSupport accounts receivable processes, including debtor statements, overdue account follow-up and credit applicationsComplete bank, EFTPOS, petty cash and credit card reconciliationsAssist with fuel accounts, reimbursements and routine finance administration tasksMonth-end and reportingMaintain asset register records and supporting documentationAssist with month-end reconciliations,
reporting and preparation of supporting documentsHelp identify and resolve discrepancies with guidance from the Financial ControllerGeneral administration and learningWork closely with the finance team to learn internal systems, processes and dealership operationsProvide practical administration support across finance and sales‐related accounts tasksDevelop confidence and capability through exposure to a broad range of accounting functionsAbout you:Recently completed, or currently completing, an accounting, business or finance qualificationSkills:A positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learnHigh attention to detail and a careful, accurate approach to workGood organisational skills and the ability to manage competing prioritiesClear communication skills and confidence working with othersBasic Microsoft Office skills and an interest in learning accounting systemsWhy join our team?
